The Midlife Cryclist
Some dude riding across country on an e-bike. A blog.

Day 34 - Coeur d'Alene
I celebrate the Fourth of July twenty days late, have a serious breakdown, and then contemplate bizzare gas station food.

Day 29 - no sir, your Butte does not appeal to me.
Over the mountains into and then through Butte.

Day 28 - An unexpected journey to Whitehall
And early, easy set of miles leads to a difficult but beautiful second act.

Day 27 - Overmountain to Bozeman
A shorter day over the Bozeman pass, and some new friends.

Day 26 - Cold, wet miles to Livingston
75 cold, wet miles to Livingston, at the base of the front range of the Rocky Mountains, and an end to my journey along the Yellowstone river.

Day 23 - To Custer MT
God, help me to see your beauty every day, no matter how bad the day.

Day 22 - From Miles City to Forsyth
The journey to and from Miles City, and being sick while biking through terrible heat.

Day 21 - the escape from Glendive
A harrowing tale of the escape from Glendive. Mostly true. Kind of.

Day 19 - to Wibaux, MT
A slow journey over 37 miles from Medora, ND to Wibaux, MT. You don’t want to miss this.

Day 18 - to Medora, ND
My longest day yet, probably more than 80 total miles. Difficult but beautiful.

Day 17 - To Hebron
A long, but good day. 72 miles across varied, desolate, but beautiful rolling hills.

Day 16 - To Bismark
An actual easy day that spans the 46 miles from Steele to my stopping point in Bismark, ND
